Virtual Assistant Jobs
Virtual assistance is one of the most common ways Filipinos start working remotely for overseas clients. This page collects today's virtual assistant, executive assistant, and administrative roles that are open to applicants based in the Philippines.
What the work usually involves
Most VA roles mix inbox and calendar management, data entry, document preparation, customer follow-ups, and light research. Executive assistant roles add travel planning, meeting notes, and acting as a gatekeeper for a busy founder or manager.
Postings vary a lot in scope. Read the description for the hours expected, the time zone you need to overlap with, and the tools you will be asked to use (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, a CRM, or a project tracker).
How to stand out
Clients hiring VAs care most about reliability and clear written English. A short, specific cover note that mirrors the tasks in the listing — plus proof that you have done similar work — usually beats a long generic resume.
Be careful with VA listings that ask for upfront fees, 'training deposits', or payment to unlock tasks. Real employers pay you, never the other way around.
